Clean, convenient, safe, spacious, and close to everything. This is a two story house. In a well known middle class neighborhood in Kihei. I live upstairs with two housemates and my parents live in apartment downstairs. We each have a dog. Both are well maintained. Shopping and beach is close. The hospital is a 20 minute drive.

1 room in 3 room house. Will share bathroom with 1 person. Off street parking, banana & mango trees. Full kitchen. House is close to beach, shopping, & restaurants. The hospital is a 20 minute drive. Kitchen is furnished. Two other people share this 3 bed and 2 bathroom house. Each is quiet, clean, & respectful. Must love dogs. We have one named Ace, and he loves to play. Sorry no more pets.
