Private third floor in a 2700 sq ft home

I am a single, recently divorced, 44 years old mom of two college age kids, who are awesome. I am super social and out with friends a lot, I own my own business and I have an office I work from with my team 3 days a week when I am not on the road. I keep the house very clean and I have a service come twice a month. No pets or smoking. My house is in an up and coming neighborhood called Old Towne East.
