    My husband, Brett, and I have owned this property for over 25 years. We built the current house and guest house in 2009. Brett is a designer, surfer and cyclist. He works from home. Mary is a freelance photo stylist, and her work schedule varies, she spends a lot of time in her art studio, which is on the property. We have a super friendly medium sized dog named chica and a large cat who is mostly indoors. At least one of us is usually home during the day. Brett has worked in construction and is a great handyman and can handle any issue that may arise in the guest house.
