The living room Smart TV is connected by ethernet cable to our in-house Local Area Network with xFinity as our internet source. In addition, we subscribe to Nefflix and Amazon Prime Video, provided as part of the cost of utilities. The bedroom TV is also connected the same way, but is not a Smart TV. Remote controls are provided for both TV's.
