The space was renovated in the fall of 2020. The kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. It is fully stocked, including a coffee pot, crock pot, and electric kettle. There is also a new tankless gas water heater.
Both TVs are already logged into a YouTube TV account.
Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with full bathrooms and king beds. The larger bedroom is huge and also has a murphy bed.
The complex is a mix of owners, long term renters and short term renters. It is centrally located to all Summit County has to offer.
**$3,500 monthly rate applies to any stays over April-November months. We will consider a mid-term rental over winter months (anytime during December-March) at a higher monthly shown below.

My partner and I stayed at this condo for almost a month and LOVED it! Super cute. Has everything you need. Loved the gas fireplace. Comfortable beds. Gracious hosts. Definitely recommend!
