We stayed in this charming bungalow for 7 months while our home was renovated. The house has everything you need and is perfectly located near Bart, Rockridge's shopping area, and an adorable park. The house is very well maintained, and the owners are super responsive to any questions or issues. Highly recommend!
This house was a perfect stay for my partner and me. Thomas has been very communicative and welcoming throughout this stay experience. The house was kept clean and feels so cozy. We appreciated staying here feels like a home more than a cheap rental. The large kitchen has been great to spend our evenings cooking in. The backyard is our own little oasis. The location is kind of perfect. It is walking distance to the commercial areas of College Ave and Telegraph and the BART, but feels cozy and tucked away in its own neighborhood. One concern I had moving in was the proximity to the highway but I can say there is no noise from it inside the house and though I can hear it outside, it really is pretty minimal. Overall this has been a great rental experience I would rent from Thomas again
