The unit is just as described and larger that I originally anticipated. The yard right in front of the space is large, has grass, and is enclosed. I liked that there was ample street parking available in addition to the dedicated parking space. The neighborhood is great, everyone is very friendly and I enjoyed walking to the downtown area. The owner, Niki, is very response and attentive. Her sister, P, manages the property as well and is just as responsive. I would highly recommend.
