    Looking to welcome someone into my home! Here are some important details: I'm a single mom with a 7 year old child. I share custody with my son's father, my son is home about half of the time. So, it's super important that the person who moves in is another caring adult and is comfortable and excited sharing space with our family. There's 1.5 baths in the house and the full bath that we'd all be sharing is right next to the room I'll be renting out. Also, I work from home and would prefer a roommate that does not also work virtually.
