Quaint neighborhood near The Villages at East Davenport. This is a walkout basement apartment. The upstairs and main floor is a vacation rental. Parking is available on the street as well as in front of the garage that is located at the alley behind the house, garage parking can be negotiated. HUGE YARD. PET FRIENDLY for small pets and approved on case by case basis.

The landlords of the property were VERY nice, responsive, and accommodating. The neighborhood is very safe. Parking was great. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Laundry was convenient. Space was clean. I do wish that the unit had it's own temperature control. I also would have preferred that the patio outside of the unit's door was not a shared space. This wasn't clear initially. People were often looking in my door and windows. There are blinds in place, but who wants to have everything completely shut all summer? There were a lot of different people cycling in and out of the unit above since it was not a long term stay unit. Many were large groups, partying... they were very loud, and some were even jiggling the handle of my door trying to come in - not realizing the unit was occupied. I do not at all blame the landlords for the behavior of those who were staying in the unit above, however, I would have been a lot more comfortable had another nurse been staying up there. That said, I would rent from Jared again.
