I have a cute house on a dead end so the street is safe and quiet. The house sits on a large property with a long driveway and is gated. The trailer is in the far corner of the backyard, ensuring privacy. There is a separate gate entrance to access the trailer. Things to note: The black water tank is hooked up to the septic so every week or so, it will need to be dumped - all possible through a button!

The space is perfect for a short-term stay and has everything you need! It feels bigger than it looks. It offers privacy and comfort. The full-sized bed is comfortable and the bathroom with a walk in shower is spacious. Internet is good and there are 2 smart TV's. The backyard is the huge and comfy with a stock tank pool, sauna, cold plunge, hammock and fire pit! The beautiful trees keep it shady throughout the summer.

I live in a cute, quiet neighborhood right off the greenbelt with a great trail just in the backyard! I walk my dogs daily and feel very safe.
