Cozy 1 bedroom, private bath in a house.

I had the pleasure of staying in Saralinda's spacious bedroom with a private bath in Monterey in the spring of 2024, and it was a great experience. The neighborhood is safe, with all the essentials just a quick drive awaygreat restaurants, coffee shops, a gym, supermarket and a beautiful walking trail just down the street. The house itself is roomy and welcoming, especially the kitchen, which I felt completely comfortable using to cook dinners and store food in the fridge. Saralinda was wonderful and made me feel right at home. She even made me coffee each morning, which was such a nice touch! Her dog is a sweetheart, knows a few tricks and will happily cuddle with you in bed if invited. The room was spacious and spotless, and Saralinda goes the extra mile by providing fresh flowers weekly. Another bonus is that you can use the garage for storage if needed, and parking is a breeze with street parking right in front of the house. All in all, it was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and I really miss Monterey in the spring! Highly recommend.

Saralinda has been a great host and is very respectful of my space and time. She has been very kind and is extremely friendly. Her dog Fian is absolutely the sweetest dog ever and loves to play. I highly recommend this space if you are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly environment.
