I stayed at Kelly's place for couple weeks in the summer. The room with a private bath were clean and comfortable, with everything you might need. Great location, right on the walking/cycling path, close to many hiking trails and downtown area. Kelly was really flexible and easy going and allowed me to use the 2nd spare bedroom as an office with a beautiful view on Buffalo Mountain. He was also ok with using his paddle board at the complex' lake and shared info about many events happening in the area. I had a great stay and would definitely return.
