Our 1929 Spanish Colonial property was home to the first avocado orchard in Riverside. We have many beautiful trees and flowers everywhere you look. The home is up on a hill, off the street, which gives it a lot of privacy and serenity (no traffic noise).
Quiet cul-de-sac in an upscale neighborhood. A quarter mile from a walking pathway. A half mile to the grocery store and one mile to the freeway.

We highly recommend this charming guest house located on a large private property, at the end of a cul-de-sac in Hawarden Hills, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Riverside, CA. We stayed the summer and into early fall, enjoying peace and tranquility, while privy to a bird's eye view of each evening's sunset. The guest house is comfortable, upscale, tastefully appointed with all the modern conveniences, yet still retains some of its original 1930's charm and features. Your hosts are kind and friendly, respectful of your privacy. This guest house earns our highest recommendation.
