The rental unit and mobile home park were fine, as described. Exception was the screened in Lani. The door did not lock and the bare cement floor had rust stains from the old uncomfortable chairs provided. Very unhappy the way the $1000 security deposit was handled. The contract supplied by the landlord stated deposit would be returned within 15 days. After 35 days, I received a check for $750. The deposit was reduced for going over $150 utility allowance and a $150 cleaning fee. I have challenged these charges and twice requested copies of bills and pictures showing where the place wasn't clean. We spent rwo days cleaning and considered it cleaner than when we arrived. Overall disappointed with landlord and communication.
