I grew up in this home, moved in when I was 5yrs old...know all of my neighbors. Quiet & safe area that's central to everything. This is a split level home & I occupy the top level...but you don't have to see my face, unless you choose to. We do share the laundry area, but I've always accommodated whomever is renting the space. I also offer to do your laundry & clean the unit weekly for an additional fee, if interested ask me about it.
