I stayed in Parker's home for four months and absolutely loved it. The home has a great garage, large backyard and plenty of indoor living space. The neighborhood is quiet with a lovely little bakery 1 minute walk away. Parker was an awesome landlord and was very attentive to our needs the entire stay. The property is close to all Medford hospitals and 25 mins away from Ashland.
I stayed here for a few months with my husband and 2 children while our house was being built. We loved how close this house is to major shopping and restaurants. The house felt very homey and has everything you need as far as appliances and household items. The landlord went above and beyond to make this place feel like a home! He was also very responsive any time we had a question. The backyard is huge with beautiful rose bushes, a fire pit, and a BBQ! I definitely would recommend staying here!!! Thanks Parker!

I have lived in the valley for over 20 years and have loved every minute of it! From the hikes, mountains and the variety of bars and restaurants the Rogue Valley has to offer this is truly home for me. My girlfriend is a travel speech therapist and I have several friends that are in the travel healthcare profession, I understand the needs to have a comfortable home base while working on a travel contract.
