Private Room

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that I own and reside in. I am only renting out the guest bedroom. You will only have access to the hallway bathroom. This bathroom is also used for guests so it needs to be kept clean. My unit is on the 2nd floor so you must be able to walk up and down stairs. No elevator.
