What this property offers
This is a quiet room in an upscale mobile home community. There is use of the kitchen and main area, as well as a small backyard. I have a cat, a Chihuahua mix and a basset hound that are very people friendly. The cat keeps to himself, and the dogs go almost everywhere with me so it is usually pretty quiet.
House is 1650 sq ft with a small back yard. Room is 121 sq ft (not including closet and bathroom), clean with a small closet

I'm in my mid 30's with 2 dogs and a cat. I work Monday-Friday typically gone from about 830-4pm and take my dogs with me. I am very mellow and easy going, and I don't drink or smoke.
