I am a mostly retired college professor - I carry some courses as it works for my schedule. I own rental property in Maine and have residual income from that, and I am very ready to be warm in the winter months. I don't smoke. My sister lives in Clearwater and I'd like to be somewhat close to her, but Dunedin is a small paradise and is by far my first place to stay.
