Bright Garden Level one bedroom in SW Seattle

Beware, the rent is reasonable, but it goes up without a lease. This unit is a lower level of a house with and an open spiral staircase. So, We Needed to be very quiet during quiet times and we would forget, sometimes. It has a really comfy bed, large bedroom, dresser and desk. Not much storage space and a tiny fridge. since it was during a cold month, so we used a cooler outside. Parking was great. The shower was weak, but it has a towel warmer. We liked it!. I worked Saturdays and had to get up early. We Didn't get our deposit back and left it immaculate. I cleaned it & disinfected it. We have used Furnished Finders since 2020 and always got our deposit back. We replaced light bulbs , shower curtain, and any glass or dish we may have broken... Learned our lesson to Get a lease, and not have an increase of the cost of the rent. Her cats were NEVER a bother or interfered at all. Quiet neighborhood.
