My four housemates and I had the pleasure of staying at Bettina & Darryl's beautiful townhouse during our Autumn quarter at UChicago as international exchange students - it became the highlight of our time in the city. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, perfect home away from home. The neighborhood was equally lovely: peaceful, safe, and had easy access to the CTA buses/trains (Metra) and shops with wonderful neighbors. Bettina went out of her way to be warmly responsive and attentive to our questions and needs, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Her hospitality made all the difference; we are so grateful for the experience! We were sad to leave, but future tenants will be in excellent hands. The house is a perfect fit for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and charming place to call home during their stay in Chicago. :-)
