This place is cozy. The master bathroom is comfortable with a lot of daylight in the morning, The road is a little loud at night but I like noise. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to use the other bedroom. it is quiet. Water, sewer and refuse are included in the HOA. The 1600 Sq. ft is an estimate. one side of the garage is my storage, and One bedroom is unavailable. the condo starting square footage is 1724.
