It's minutes away from Cape Fear Memorial bridge which takes you across the river into Leland which is 15 min away. The main beaches Wrightsville and Carolina Beach are about 22 min away. There are plenty of places to eat and Most stores are within 10-15 min away..
I live in the space so it's shared. I am the perfect roommate as i keep it real simple and quiet. 3 including myself could fit here comfortably. We can fit up to 8-10 for a dinner party. Even though I'm not having pets stay, it's OK for them to visit on occasion.
Quiet townhouse near the lake, Centrally located near downtown, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, Major roads and around 23 minutes from both major beaches. There are ample Pickleball options.

Pretty simple guy. Health and Wellness is my life and livelihood. Father of 3 but the kids don't live with me. Competitive endurance athlete, i train hard and play hard. At the end of the day, I love coming home to a quiet house and wind down, cook, watch a movie or just relax. My interests are beach, running, Pickleball, gym, music , finding the best pizza and burger and Movies.
