We rented Karens farmhouse for 3 months this past fall and really enjoyed our stay. You can tell Karen really cares about this home (recent updates including the lovely kitchen but also lots of work on the exterior). We had a very good experience with Karen as a landlord (she was very responsive and considerate). We also found the furnishings to be very comfortable (loved the yellow chairs especially) and the beds/mattresses were comfortable too. Plenty of closet and storage space. We loved being so close to the bike path (great place for a walk!) and being within walking distance of downtown. We appreciated having laundry on the main floor and having the carport for rainy/snowy weather! Thank you for the lovely stay!
About the landlord
Karen
I am a Realtor in the area, I purchased this home with the intent to offer gap housing for my clients. I have had great success with short term stays so I decided to start offering the house on Furnished Finders. My daughter is a nurse in Boston, and she traveled early in her career. It was a challenge to find her a safe comfortable place that did not require an extended lease. She did not travel with very much, so furnished was a must but it was very hard to find. She loved her experience, I always helped her move from city to city.
