I had a wonderful experience living in J's house for 5months while I worked in Corpus Christi. Jose and his wife are very friendly and the price is a steal!! My experience was stress-free, from the initial visit and showing to my departure to work in Kansas. He has security cameras which provide peace of mind. The community is quiet and safe. Neighbors are nice, friendly people. Parking is easy. My room was spacious, clean, and well decorated! The kitchen is ready to use if you cook, and the fridge/freezer always had enough room for everyone. The bathroom and laundry machines were always clean and easy to access. Everyone was able to get into a routine that made it easy to not get in each other's way. The house is a reasonable distance to the hospitals where I worked! It also has easy access to the main highway, library, restaurants, grocery stores, gym, entertainment. Overall, I highly recommend Jose's house to coworkers and friends who need a place to stay in Corpus Christi.
