Beautiful and bright, private walk out basement apartment with Lake Views

I loved my stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There is a nice patio to sit and enjoy the views of the lake behind the property. I enjoyed the location within short driving distance to dozens of stores and restaurants as well as Colorado State University and downtown Fort Collins. The homeowner, Kathi, is an incredible host and person! She provided me with so much information as a newcomer to the area, which I greatly appreciated.

Oh my goodness! I still am in awe of my time at this property! I was able to be Kathi's first renter in her beautiful basement apartment, as I needed a home-base as mother of the bride for my daughter's wedding. The picture is truly what you get: full kitchen, living room area with couch/tv/dining table, full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and trundle bed for extra sleeping. The apartment has bright lighting from the open concept windows and sliding glass doors. The property backs up to a bird sanctuary, walking park and water play area for children. I was able to get my 3 mile walk in everyday and that was just 2 times around the pond. Friendly geese waddle across the path as you walk! The property is just 10 minutes away from every store or restaurant you could want and minutes from downtown Fort Collins, which is delightful! And then you have Kathi...just adorable...such an attentive hostess! We would be best friends if I lived there! Well done Kathi! I miss it already!
