This very high-end hospital bed goes up and down (head and feet) with massage. It has very comfortable mattress. We do have a double bed if needed both to replace this and in the living room futon. We can also provide light-blocking curtains if you need them.

We just added new tile to the backsplash to completely fill the space, and regrouted the original tile. We have tons of appliances and gadgets for cooking.

This is a solid wood desk with top refinished, with my favorite office chair, which is here because it matches the furniture. We have other modern ones to pick from!
Living room - with a cotton/foam futon couch and tons of pillows. We put this instead of a regular couch for you to have a place for company! It has two small stained glass lights on ceiling.
There is an eagle's nest on our riverbank!
We have raised beds with trellises for vertical growing. There is more garden space and tools.

    Our family consists of myself (67), my husband (64), our 2 daughters, both 20 years old, and our housemate who has been with us for more than 20 years and built several additions to the house. He helps maintain the house and some of the land. I landscape the yard. The land and water bodies are my heart, and I am happiest when I am out tending to them!! One of the girls is away at college.
