Neighborhood overview

This is a quiet hillside water and mountain view neighborhood. There are houses up the hill (including a house for senior women) but towards the water there are mature evergreen trees between our house and the neighbor's houses. There are no neighbors on either side of the house so it feels secluded. The neighbors are friendly and we help each other out.
