The Coop is a tiny house at the back of our residential property, with its own private, fenced yard. We have two young and energetic dogs who love to run around the yard and chase critters. They do sometimes bark up a storm at squirrels in the trees, but we try to keep that to a minimum. The Coop is a dog friendly, tiny house w/ large, fenced yard in a semi-secluded bird watchers paradise off a private road. My husband and I demod & renod a pigeon coop to create a comfortable, inspiring space for those who want to get back to nature yet have all conveniences w/i 1-2 mi. 2 people can sleep sound on a queen bed & and an additional 2 on the double sofa bed. Rent is for 2 adults, 2 children <16yo & 1-2 dogs.
Pretty quiet, private country road w/ wildlife off county road, 2 miles from I-75 in one direction, 2 miles from US-41/Cleveland Ave. in the other, 15-20 minutes from international airport.
