What this property offers
The guesthouse is a separate building tucked away behind our main house. It was converted from a 2-car garage in 2016 and has been one of the most popular Airbnb's in this part of LA, but because of changing regulations, we are changing over to 30-day minimum stays.
It is safe, private, quiet, and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel. We have lived in this home for over 20 years.

We have a flat-screen Samsung TV with an Apple TV box. There are subscriptions to Netflix, and Hulu, and you can log on to any of your own. (Amazon, Apple TV+, Paramount, Max, etc.)
We designed the space to be bright and allow for a comfortable living room/dining/desk area to exist along with the queen-sized bed sleeping area, large kitchenette, and bathroom - all within 360sq/ft. I'm a traveling RN contracted at Kaiser Panorama City during this stay. The commute was ~8 minutes to the hospital. The stay itself was amazing! The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. K & P were incredible hosts; very attentive, friendly and helpful. They even put up a little gate for my dog so that he had an enclosed yard space to roam outside. As a single woman, I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. And as a nightshift worker, I never had any trouble sleeping, as the surrounding area is very quiet. Definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again if I were ever in the area!

Kevin
We have been together for almost 30 years. We actually met on a cruise ship while we were both working: Kevin as a drummer, Pamela as a dancer. As performers, we have both traveled the world and know how important it is to have a cozy, safe, and comfortable place to lay your head at night. :)
