Our house is a large two story house in an upscale residential neighborhood. The downstairs is almost completely private with two large bedrooms, a private bathroom and large family room. Tenants would have full access to our large kitchen upstairs, washer and dryer and also to a small kitchenette downstairs. We are happy to share many of our meals with tenants as well.
