I had an excellent stay at this property. The facility felt very quiet and safe. Close to downtown without being too close. Pretty outdoor area. Lots of good food nearby! My only real complaint was not being in direct contact with the property owners. You'll be communicating with a leasing agent who is extremely kind, but this makes things take a bit longer. Dealing with USPS and Amazon delivery was quite the struggle if that's of importance (was not a huge issue for me). Maintenance was efficient and easy to contact! No issues with being refunded my security deposit. Overall, I would definitely stay at this location again:)

    This sweet little loft was formerly the coaches office, or crow's nest, for the high school gym. It has served more recently as a home to the Owner's daughter through Architecture School and, most recently, the Owner's son through Medical School at UNM close by. We are now ready to share it with you! It's cozy, overlooks the beautiful courtyard, has a southern exposure and is in a quiet area of the building. It is inexpensive to heat and cool as well.
