I live on a fenced acre. Its very quiet here but you will hear chickens from the neighbor. You have your own entrance to the two bedrooms one has a queen bed the other has a twin with another twin that pulls out from under. Youll have a kitchenette (no sink) my place isnt fancy but its clean and cozy! I live between Reno & Fallon. Kids 6 & over.
I love my home and enjoy having guest.
There are two bedrooms #1 has a queen bed. #2 has a twin bed with another twin mattress that pulls out from under. Full bathroom.
Kitchenette with no sink. Tv with cable & wifi. Full REFUND ONLY 30 days prior from check in date.
A park near by, as well as a small Casino. We have a new wine place called the Canal my favorite place on Friday! Dinning & more walking distance.

The walls are paper thin and the hall way is open about 3 feet on top connecting to her room; Which means she can hear all your conversations and you can hear all her conversations. The dogs stay outside all day and don't get a bath. So when they go in her home at night it smells like wet dog on your side of living space. The bed in the room is uncomfortable and sinks deep in. She's a nice lady but this place is over priced for basically renting a room not an ENTIRE UNIT.
Great place. Super comfortable and quiet. Spacious property and great host. Thank you for having my family, we had a good time.
