I live in a townhouse that is 1650 square feet, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. I am a neat person and keep my house clean and neat as well. The lawn is well maintained by the association and my private yard is well maintained as well. Restaurants , grocery and shopping is a 10 minute walk to the Lowry town center. I live 20 minutes east of downtown, and 10 minutes east of Cherry Creek.

The bed room is large and could comfortably fit two people.
Lowry is a very nice neighborhood with shopping and transportation. I am within walking distance of the grocery store, nice restaurants and the bus stop. This is a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

I am a 79 year young lady who doesn't always act her age. I am quite busy most of the time. I am a happy person and am very content with my life. I have two sons who are married and each of them has blessed me with three grandchildren. I like working in my yard and tending my plants. Also, I have three cats. I have a job but I don't work full time.
