This spacious apartment is located just off the Parkway in a quiet, residential community in the lower level of my home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Parking is available in my driveway near your private entrance. Great View from Mt LeConte and the city of Pigeon Forge. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants as well as Smoky Mountain attractions and 7 miles from LeConte Hospital.

Space

I am looking to rent my apartment at 3 month intervals, At various times of the year I block it off when family/friends come to visit from out of state. Occasionally a traveling nurse extends her stay for an additional 3 moths if the timing is right. Apartment is ideally set up for 1 adult. The apartment is located on the lower level of my home with outside stairs that lead to your private entrance.
