This Loveland property is a spacious retreat. It is extremely roomy and well appointed with up-to-date furnishings. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and serving pieces. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever and the blackout curtains are helpful for night nurses who need to sleep during the day. There is a large bonus room that could be used for yoga, exercise or storage. Lower level, walk-out garden level, light and bright (not basement-like). Large desk area for studying for next degree while being a traveler. 2 big smart TVs and good WiFi. The property is serene with a lovely shaded backyard and a great patio with shaded seating to watch the rabbits in the yard. Homeowners are very responsive, quiet and offer suggestions for local attractions. Home in safe area & I felt secure. BTW- I was looking for a place closer to I-25, but am very glad I got this one providing easy access to Estes Park & Ft. Collins. I plan to book this rental again.
