Gold Room

The room was exactly what I needed for the contract that I was working. The landlord was always a text away if I needed anything or had any questions. The second weekend of my stay, he threw a beautiful barbecue. He was very thoughtful as to ask and let me know when he would be coming by for maintenance to the property, such as mowing the yard. As to not disturb my personal or relaxation time. I would 100% stay at this cozy location again. I also would recommend your stay at this great property with the most thoughtful and kind landlord Josh.

The house: clean, cozy, recently renovated, well-connected (Wifi/internet), TV in every room, some streaming services included, quiet neighborhood, good/central location, 6-8 min drive to Leonard J Chabert Hospital. The landlord (Josh): incredibly kind, helpful, thoughtful, caring, and reliable. Josh was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to make sure all of his tenants felt comfortable. Easily one of the best (if not the best) landlords I've had the pleasure to deal with and I would 100% rent this place again should I have another trip to Houma, LA. You will not find better!

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Joshua was a great host, he was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. The thoughtful touches, like a welcoming seafood broil and fully stocked kitchen. He made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay here again!
