Private Bed/Bath in Luxury Condo

Sara is a tenant, not the owner. The room was clean and the home quiet enough, but the listing contains errors that I did not know until after I provided my rent payment. For instance, the listing indicates "minimum 30 days" and states her previous tenant stayed 6 months, and she initially agreed my stay could be for a couple months until I find a house rental, but right after I provided my rent check, Sara stated she can't stand anyone "in her space" too long, and prefers that her rental is a 30-day short term sleeping room only -- and that there is no unnecessary conversation. The room was much colder than the rest of the house on cold days, which she says is due to a defective system, yet she will not allow adjusting the thermostat above 67 for even 5 minutes to take the chill off in the morning, and did not provide use of her portable heater for the rented room. I'm a cat person and her cats were no problem, but I was required to keep the doors to my bedroom and bath closed at all times as she preferred to prevent her cats entering, which also kept heat from coming in from the other rooms. Not sure how that would work when a/c is needed. Listing says off-street parking is included, but I was first required to park on the street and later on a neighbor's driveway. I was allowed only a few inches of fridge space due to her hoarding behavior related to her autism. There is no tv in the rented room, just one in living room that she watches most of the day and one in her room. I was refused a receipt for my rent payment and for return of the house key when I vacated.
