Antique dresser and mirror set add lots of storage for personal items. Extra bathing suits for gests in the bottom draw if needed but feel free to bag them and relocate if needed.

Buffet and dining area with banquette window seating, dinning table has 3 additional leaves stored under banquette. Seats eight comfortably. (We have had 12 with children on the banquette seat.) Tempered windows for safety.
Coffee corner holds, coffee maker, old time coffee grinder, coffee cups, juicer, blender, toaster oven and toaster, china, misc. draw, and dish towels. A drink fridge is housed under the counter facing the family room also.
Rolling barn door sections off family/game room to create private areas for different activities.
Family/game room with large tv, electric dartboard, small air hockey game, knock hockey, ping pong table. Our billiards table is out of level and not really useable at this time.
L shaped sofa and reversible hassock coffee table. small moveable desk looking out to the deck. Supplies for ping pong, darts and knock hockey board are in long oriental sward box.

The Mermaid Room, directly off the kitchen, has a queen bed with twin over.
The Mermaid Room is a smaller room off the kitchen with a small full length closet and a shelf space or hanging area for shorter clothing, drawer at bottom. Sturdy mermaid holds wall hooks for easy hanging.
Okay and back into the kitchen, but also off the kitchen is our large deck area. You can access the deck from the family room too.

A third table and more chairs are stored under canvas in corner of deck. Large outdoor fan and area heater are also available for use. The far railing under the pergola area has and extra wide ledge for dinning as well.
Roomy Outdoor shower adds bath space in warm weather 50 gallon water heater makes for great hot water access. Additional unfinished but fully enclosed 1/2 bath in laundry area.
Laundry area is below the king bedroom to the right. The outdoor shower is all the way to the left off the other side of the deck. Stairs to the left of the garden area lead directly to the shower or use the main stairway from the sun deck at the waters edge.

Another friendly visitor our neighborhood pterodactyl. Okay it just sounds like a pterodactyl but it's a great blue heron and they visit regularly.

    Retired and rv-traveling between stays at our loft at the lake and home in Concord NC. We have owned this home for about 10 years and have remodeled and redecorated in a mix between old and new. The house has been rented as an Airbnb previously. We think the house would be a great place for a family to stay while they are relocating, it's fully furnished, there is room to put a pod storage unit up on the front yard area and the commute to Charlotte took me about an hour to get to 85/77 area.
