I am a man who works 3 days a week with Hertz rental cars. I am also a musician who has the 60s, 70s, and a touch of 80s classic rock/country top band. The band's webpage on FB is finalcutbandjacksonville. We do practice here once a week usually Saturday or Sunday from 1 to 5 pm. The tenant is welcome to sit and enjoy the music or turn on their TV until we are finished, a terrific bunch of musicians including 2 females. Our neighbors put out lawn chairs and enjoy the sounds.
