The Warehouse District was originally founded in the 19th century to store goods passing through New Orleans port. After the 1984 Worlds Fair, the neighborhood was revitalized and transformed into the cultural and artistic hub it is today. Julia Street is lined with modern art galleries, restaurants, shops, and the art crawl on the first Saturday of each month draws a lively crowd.

Memoir Residential is a new brand that launched in 2024 offering short term furnished apartments and hotel rooms in New Orleans, Nashville, and Portland Oregon. I am the Director of Sales for all locations and am based in Nashville but visit our other locations quarterly.
