I own this home and am retired from a career in IT, music and instructional design. I bought this home specifically because it has a lovely suite that I can rent out. I let you decide how much social interaction you would like (although I expect us to at least say "hello" when we run into each other). I don't cook too much (I consume mostly salads and sandwiches, and I do intermittent fasting, so there has never been a "kitchen conflict" even when I rented to a foodie). I am a long-time Buddhist who loves my two doggies, my friends, and travelling. If ever anything goes wrong in your suite, I will repair it...
