Brand New Condo

My experience here has been exceptional. Eri is very welcoming and made sure I had all I needed for my stay. The toilet had no issues during my stay, dishwasher came in handy and shared laundry on the main floor was easily accessible and user friendly. The best part was being on the top floor, having no one else above is a treat. Would def recommend renting Eri's place!

This place is super cozy. I really like to stay here. The environment is super great. Erin is super nice as well. She help me a lots during the stay.

I am giving 1 star because the place is beautiful and perfect for 1-2 people. However, our experience here was horrible. As a result of 3 things (wanting a functioning toilet, 2 sets of keys as a traveling couple, and for our cars not to be towed from our designated parking sports) , the landlord told us to move out by the end of the month, after living in the apartment only 10 days , because we "were being too demanding", violating our lease agreement of at least 30 days notice. This landlord seems to just want money and is not willing to put up with basic landlord responsibilities. I don't want anyone else to go through what we went through, so I would recommend not renting this property.

I completed a healthcare travel assignment and am so pleased to have stayed here. Erin is a great host. This apartment had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet area, which makes it easy to enjoy time off work. The parking spot was easily accessible being a few steps from the building main entrance. Erin was always available and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this cute apartment!
