Very clean, comfortable, safe environment. All the kitchen amenities you need to make a meal. Soccer field and park right across the street. It is a duplex with long term tenant in the upper unit.
Oroville is a very quiet little town. Our hiking trails are a true gem in the high desert of the beautiful Okanogan County. This house is one block of main street and a short 10 minute walk to Osoyoos Lake and State Park. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, 4 restaurants, only 3 blocks from our local brewery where you can get a great microbrew and enjoy an amazing meal. Many sweet little shops to check out as well.

Ive lived in the Okanogan Valley my whole life. My husband Tristan and our kids have a little farm outside Oroville. We have goats, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs. We grow and sell garlic. We have a food truck and enjoy doing events around the area. Its all definitely a family affair.
