Despain Rest

Great place for 1 person but big enough for 2 people.

My husband and I are travel therapists and we travelled all the way from FL to Pendleton, OR. We ended up extending our contracts, and stayed at 2 of Dawn's properties. Cannot say enough how much an amazing landlord she is! You will never see her if not requested, and is always available and prompt! On the rare occurance that an issue arose Dawn was always prompt in resolving. The Despain Rest property was so amazing! The location was my favorite part; its one block from a great park where we took our dog often, he loved it. It's also right down a great little coffee shop. The property has been totally remodeled and it is very comfortable inside! I personally loved the tall ceilings and round archways! Plus the huge windows give so much natural light! You can see the care that Dawn has for all of her guests with a lot of attention to detail with everything you will need including towels, kitchenware, lots of cozy blankets and even seasoning! In conclusion, we were extremely lucky to have selected these properties and this landlord. Traveling all the way across country was difficult, but here we somehow managed to feel at home!
