This place was a perfect home for staying while we were working, the landlord went above and beyond with everything we needed and made our stay much better, everything was new and all appliances were prepared anything we needed was provided by the landlord, I would definitely recommend him and his houses to everyone!
This property was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay at while we were looking to purchase a home. We had moved from out of state back to the KC area and needed a place that was fully furnished so that we could keep our belongings in storage. This property was above and beyond everything we could need. The home was even stocked with spices and every kitchen gadget you can think of. The location of this property was also unbeatable! Its located in a great walkable neighborhood and my husband and I enjoyed taking walks to the local grocery store. You are just minutes from the Overland Park Farmers Market and only about 15-20 minutes to downtown KC. The landlord is also quite responsive and was able to address any questions or concerns we had. They were a pleasure to work with and made our transition so much easier. Would highly recommend this place!
This home was the perfect place for our short term needs. It allowed us to sell our old home and have a fully furnished place to stay while house shopping. The house was nicely decorated and well appointed. It had everything we needed and saved a huge hassle of trying to move all of our things in. Its a cute walkable neighborhood that is close to many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. You can definitely live here, even without a car. The landlord was great to work with and always was available to solve any issue we had promptly or to answer questions. 5/5 Stars!
