We were so very fortunate to find this sweet little house to call home while we moved out of our own home during a 3-month remodel project. It has everything you could possibly need; internet and utilities covered, brand new appliances AND comfy beds! For us it was so convenient being 5 min from our home, and it's also super easy access to the freeway. There's excellent shopping across the street at Raley's or just down the road there's a brand new Trader Joe's at the Summit Mall. The house is well furnished, with two huge, very new TVs that are wall-mounted and ready for a Firestick, or they are easy to login to your own subscription services. The home also has a handy keyless entry and the garage is great for the winter. The backyard is fantastic for furry family members or kids, and we truly enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Heidi is a fantastic landlord, very easy to work with and responsive.
