The space comfortably fits up to 2 people, though I have had a guest with a child, and they put a twin blowup bed and TV in the office. You have a full kitchen, living room, workspace, full bathroom, and 1 bedroom. The apartment is in a fantastic walkable location!
Riverside is a quiet, charming family neighborhood on the Duck River. It is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Columbia! Walk to Riverwalk Park and historic Downtown Columbia. It is very centrally located to everything you need, and it is also very near the Columbia Arts District and The Factory. It's the perfect location for its charm and convenience!

My spouse, our 11-year-old son, and I stayed in this beautiful apartment from October to April during my travel assignment. The accommodation was perfect. All needed kitchen essentials, bathroom and bedroom linens, and towels were provided. The host was attentive to any needs during our stay and provided our son with a twin air mattress and bedding. Great rental all around!!
Lovely private STR fully furnished and comfortable. Owner is very accommodating and open to feedback provided by tenants as she truly wants tenant to be comfortable. I enjoyed walks to nearby riverfront parks with walking trails, splash pad and farmers market. Close to lovely downtown Columbia. Highly recommend.
