About half the homes are summer places with the other half living in the area year round. See the ice fishers and cross country skiers on the lake and join them if your adventurous.

About the landlord
Joni
We are Joni and Peter Berardino. We live in Austin Texas and Berkshires Co., Massacusetts. We are semi-retired and love our freedom to move between homes. Peter loves hiking the Appalacian and Berkshire trails. Joni loves shopping the antiques and seeing new towns all over New England.We fell in love with the Berkshires about 10 years ago and bought a condo to stay in. Over the years we acquired a couple more places including this wonderful lake cottage. We take a lot of pride in our properties and work hard to maintain top quality standards.
