We rent our condo as a fully furnished one-bedroom unit with a spacious living room, galley kitchen, and dining area. We reserve the master suite for when we use it, and NO TENANTS are here. We keep our car in the garage for summer use, but you can use it for some storage space.

We are spending most of our time in St Petersburg FL and enjoying part-time retirement! I am still consulting and practicing law and the piano (!)...my spouse is significantly older and has some health issues now that are keeping us out of the cold. We also have a two-year-old pup, Sebastien Louis, who is an American Hairless Terrier...he's not fond of the cold, either! While we love Maine, having lived in the state for over 40 years, we're not really able to navigate all the travel so easily any longer. Our visits home are limited now and we miss being there...we also do not like leaving the house empty ...
